First time seller questions!

I've never sold a house before. House went know market 2 weeks ago. We've had one viewing and one cancelled viewing as an offer had been accepted.

Is that about right? Is there a way of knowing what 'the market' is doing in our area (Leeds)? There are lots of for sale boards recently, and some have sold.

Is there anything else we can do? We are relocating and ideally need to sell by the summer.

A lot of cheaper ones are 2 bed terraces with no garden too. Two up, two down.

I'd try and relax a bit about it all. Easier said than done I know, but it can be such a long process. You haven't been on long and if the agents are positive I'd trust them for now. Have you seen somewhere you like?

We are relocating for Dh's work. We are going to rent initially. I'd like to be moving by September really, but I know this might not be realistic.
