Hi I'm new to this and we are in a 2 bedroom house just now and someone has approached U.S. to mutual exchange with them to their three bedroom house which is great! Only problem is there is no bath and we would have to fit one in ourselves! Now with a 3 year old nearly and a newborn in June we really do need a bath is it worth putting in a bath ourselves what's peoples opinions? Also does anyone know how much it could cost? Thanks again
