Anyone know if Mapei grout is any good? Or any recommendations for coloured grout

I am looking for coloured grout for my new bathroom but I'm worried that 'gimmicky' grout might be rubbish.

Anyone tried it?

Mapei are good quality grouts another good one is Bal I've just used a grey Bal one with built in fungicide, quite expensive though

We have friends with a high end bathroom showroom and according to them Mappei is the best grout you can get. Bal comes a close second. We've used both previously - had dark brown mosaics with matching Mappei grout at the last house and were very happy with it.....

Thankyou. I don't think Bal does the colours we want (violet, yellow and blue) so it's good to know mapei is good.

I've got Mapei in two bathrooms. In Limestone. It's been fab. I recommend it. Trouble free and looks great.

we have just used map manhatten grey on our light grey tiles and it looks great, we got the matching sealant too.

We used graphite grey Mapei grout in our bathroom and we are very happy with it, would definitely use again and recommend it.
