Just saw a house in my preferred area. Now am having major dilemmas.
Upstairs was great. Downstairs was a bit small, but knew it would be from floorplan. Thought possibility of conservatory on back which I have seen in similar properties in the area but there is a Brick built outside toilet and shed in the way which adjoins next doors equivilant outbuildings by the back walls ( hope that makes sense)
My question is would demolition of one side be possible?
Also how hard is it to get rid of the smell of smoke from a house?
