Recessed curtain tracks??

Has any of you ever tried to install recessed curtain tracks into the ceiling? Sort of like they do in hotels?

If so, how difficult was it? Did you pay someone to do it? How much?

The ones I've seen in hotels are fixed to the ceiling but concealed by a pelmet - either one matching the cornicing, or papered/painted to match the walls or that is fabric covered.
