We're just finishing our new kitchen diner and looking for a new table. Requirements are that it seats 8-10 and that it is easy to clean as we have 2 pre-school DC and don't want to be worrying about it or have it permanently covered in a table cloth. Ideally we want one that is wood or 'wood effect'. Any ideas what we should be looking for, e.g. do we need a wood laminate / is there a type of protective surface you can get? Even better if anyone has any examples they could link to, that would be much appreciated. thank you!
