Relocation - Kent to Farnborough

Morning All,
My family are recloating to the Farnborough area and would like your thoughts on which areas of Farnborough are the 'sought after' areas. We have looked at houses on the Fleet Road as well as in Ash (which is closer to Aldershot) but we're really not sure which is more desirable.
We have a 2 year old and I am pregnant with my second so we are looking for an area that offers a young community with lots of toddler groups, good schools etc.
Would love to hear your thoughts.
Diane

I don't know Farnborough well but have worked there - but I know there are definitely areas to avoid. On paper Farnborough should be brill but the town centre has been an eyesore and I think has some challenges. Some areas of Ash are lovely but schools could be difficult.

Have you considered Fleet? It's more expensive but well worth looking into.

Yately is very nice. Camberley has a great town centre. Sandhurst has some really good schools and lots of young families.

Ash has a real community feel. Most schools (bar one) have a good ofsted. Ash green and Normandy are nice. Just moved from there. My children went to Wyke Primary and loved it
