Domestic Cleanig

Being in the business for over 10 years we find that everyone is always looking for somethnig different from a cleaning company. If you were to employ a cleaner, what would the main attributes be

Flexible, honest, thorough, smart appearance, able to understand spoken and written instructions. Able to supply address and contact number.

If employing by agent, I expect the agent to check regularly that all is ok.

If the work is completed in less time, I want the cleaner to ask if there is anything else needs doing.

Same cleaner each time would be good. Someone who can read a job chart and work to it. Someone who doesn't want to spend too long chatting. Someone who seems happy to be cleaning! ( like those lovely people with OCD on the TV programme ) trustworthy/discreet/presentable/ dependable/punctual obviously too !
