Limestone effect kitchen flooring - Karndean/tiles?

I am planning to re floor my kitchen which is currently half floorboards and half awful Lino. The floorboards are looking worn and are hard to clean so was thinking of getting either Karndean or tiles (real limestone lovely but too expensive as we may move in a couple of years). Which would be easier to clean? Some of the limestone tiles look quite textured so was concerned about them holding too much dirt.

Porcelein - hardwearing and easy. No as expensive as limestone. You can get matt or polished. We've just put pale matt ones in our bathroom and they look gorgeous. My cousin has her whole living kitchen area in them- stunning.

Seconding porcelain - we replace the floor boards in our kitchen 4 years ago now and they have been brilliant. (have underfloor heating though so as not to feel too cold in winter), but are cool in summer. Stand up to muddy dog paws well.
