Replacing black windows

We are buying an old house with original 1930s windows with secondary glazing. They look in bad condition and don't feel secure so they are one of the first things we want to replace. The house is painted white so upvc White windows would prob look bad. Not keen on timber maintenance, has anyone got black upvc? Do they look ok or fade? Are there any companies that allow you to superimpose different window styles on your house to see how they would look?
