Hello, first time buyer here. What can you tell me about the â??share to buyâ?? scheme? Any tips? Any websites to search for properties in London? How much do I need to have saved? How much competition is there? (again, any tips?)

I think the website is firststeps.co.uk

And each development varies - some have certain percentages you can buy, varying requirements - seen some 'must earn below 75k' and others that you have to earn over 90k. Watch out for service charges, I've seen one at 500 a month.
