So this is unlikely to be a popular thread as it strikes me as quite a challenge and I've tried google, some estate agents, a chartered surveyor.
We are looking for a single plot for a family house (ideally a Potton rectory) but I'm starting to think we won't find anything. Most plots seem to come with restrictions eg to a 2 bed cottage and has anyone had any more success or have any tips?
I've never spotted any derelict looking houses we could try and find owners to contact!
