We're about to complete on a 2 bed terrace development property. It is a probate property and needs everything doing to it apart from the roof and rendering.
Does anyone know of a detailed spreadsheet that I could download to list the various jobs and keep a running total of the costs? I've googled but haven't found anything detailed - just a basic s/s from which.com.
