Our mortgage provider gave us a choice of e-surv and countrywide - we went we e-surv for a homebuyers. Totally recommend them. They took photos of every aspect of the property, the report was detailed and even called us up in advance to check with us if there was any aspect of the house that we were concerned with so that they give it a triple check over.
