Have had 30 viewers in a week, 4 notes of interest, three further have stated they'll put in offers.....am on tenterhooks....not being greedy buy if we an break even, well feel so lucky.

Where are you op? Things have slowed down here (aberdeen) due to oil prices dropping but seem to be picking up again as spring approaches and oil price recovers a bit

Good luck. When we sold a flat in 1989 we had 2 notes of interest. The person who bought it gave £10k over the asking price which was only £45k (yes you could get a one bed flat in edinburgh for that then)
It's nervewracking waiting.
