Hi, I've found underneath the paint a 2mm layer of grey soft cement. I can easily break it apart. Could this be plaster wall or asbestos insulation board? I've the wall tested before but not sure if they had taken the bit under the paint for tested. Thanks for your help.

usually about 10mm thick if it is Asbestolux cement board, which has one shiny smooth side and one textured side.

How old is it?

It's a 1950s house. Both sides are rough but with one side being slightly rougher. Bring only 2mm, does that makes it less unlikely? How hard are asbestos insulation board? I can easily bend it into two pieces.
