Hi, our PVC windows are rubbish, old draughty and no locks, so we want them replaced.
Had one man round, said we can have what ever style we want.
Another company said we had to replace 'like for like' so In the bedrooms we still have to have the big wide opening/tilting windows for a fire escape.
Who is right?
And do I need planning permission? And do I need those trickle vents?
