wow, not sure which one of those houses is in the cotswolds but the castle one is spectacular. The swan neon picture could come down!

The first one that looks like the set of It Ain't Half Hot Mum.

OttiliaVonBCup · 07/02/2015 18:28

I did buy a lottery ticket.

OttiliaVonBCup · 07/02/2015 18:29

Just noticed the tiger.

Idiots.

I thought the crocodile was fake?

Pannacotta · 07/02/2015 18:37

I also came on to post that the first house linked to is Liz Hurley's place.

Mintyy · 07/02/2015 20:54

Yes, now you mention it I've clocked the painting on the wall in one of the reception room pictures which is of a mum with long brown hair and son. Still can't get over the fact that anyone would think its nice to have a complete dead animal skin in the house! Let alone draped over a grand piano.

I'm possibly a little bit biased against Elizabeth Hurley because on the day I was in the EPU thinking my pregnancy might be about to end, the headline news in the Telegraph was about her and Hugh Grant splitting up. Dh and I and other couples in the waiting room commented on the fact. So that was April/May 2000 (?). And yet she is still famous ... why?

LesleyKnopeFan · 07/02/2015 21:46

It's not a crocodile, it's a dinosaur. I knew it, they are real. I'm just off to the 'dinodenier' thread to let them know, they will be very relieved.

JumpJockey · 07/02/2015 21:48

Gosh I didn't realise it was a celebrity house. Might have to battle her down by a few mil to make up for the inevitable 'isn't this Liz's place?' random film stars interrupting our quiet weekends...

It's a Cayman isn't it, not a crocodile?

TeddyBee · 07/02/2015 22:16

misses point of thread

lljkk · 07/02/2015 22:25

I like the croc statue. Tiger grim.

You know, chandeliers are a nightmare. My mother found it really relaxing cleaning ours (yes we had 3), I would hate it, I shuddered seeing so many.

Arse end of nowhere houses have no appeal to me anyway.

PoppySausage · 07/02/2015 22:26

Sigh... Dream house

JumpJockey · 07/02/2015 22:33

lljkk the voice of reason... Lovely, but unlikely that you could walk down the pub of an evening or get a still-hot pizza delivered. God bless my boring suburban semi Grin

That Yorkshire pile has been designed with very little taste. From the blue flag to the naff neon sign. The light shades in the kitchen look suspiciously like the ones IKEA do for about £15.
