And I wonder if the vendors are happy with the kitchen picture? Shock ?

Mintyy · 04/02/2015 13:08

Great! Same age as ours but no original beaut floors here.

linalool · 04/02/2015 13:13

Very low ceilings, I would feel claustrophobic in there.

TranquilityofSolitude · 04/02/2015 13:14

Looks a bit unfinished in the kitchen!

Mintyy · 04/02/2015 13:16

Yes, the living room ceiling seems quite low, but not the other rooms. Kitchen picture is disgraceful!

Boriiiiiiing!

I could do wonders with that house Grin

GemmaTeller · 04/02/2015 13:16

I mean boring photos!

WellTidy · 04/02/2015 13:19

Its a very straighforward house, isn't it? Looks almost commercial/instuitutional to me. Nice area though, and good size space. Not for me though, and I can't imagine that anyone will fall in love with it.

Mintyy · 04/02/2015 13:31

I think its got lots of potential inside but why does the outside have to be so ... grey? I love the glass windows in the dining room (pic 6).

wowfudge · 04/02/2015 16:15

Looks as though it has hot air heating with all those skirting level grilles and no radiators to be seen. The dining chair nearest the camera in one pic is all scratched at one side of the chair back and ripped at the back. Do you think they have a big dog that jumps up at things? Loads of space.

CrazyTights · 04/02/2015 16:22

I'd snap it up, it'd be great if it were 200k-300k (ignoring the location of course)

TeddyBee · 04/02/2015 17:24

I could do some stuff with that house. Seriously, it could be amazing and the outside could be tarted up very easily with a bit more nice mid century cladding and new windows and doors. If we had the money I'd be really tempted.

Apatite1 · 04/02/2015 17:42

it's very easy to completely transform this type of house, all it takes is a bit of vision.

LBOCS · 04/02/2015 20:46

I love the floor. The area is desirable but I find it a bit 'meh', there's not much going on up there.

It might be on the Dulwich Estate which means lots of restrictive covenants and estate charges. Lots of the houses around there were 60s built with hot air heating.
