Rough idea of what it should cost to floor a loft?

We're trying to get quotes for flooring our loft. So far we have only had one tradesman actually come to quote - others have not got back to us yet (contacted about three weeks ago) so I've no idea if what he quoted was remotely reasonable, but it's starting to look like he's the only person willing to do it...

Does anyone have a rough idea of the cost per square metre/foot for putting in a raised loft floor (needs to be raised to cover the insulation)? We're in Scotland. Thanks!

What is the sqm of the loft?

Loft legs are around £12 for a pack of 12

8' x2' P5's are around £7.50 each for 10+

@£200 per day labour, depending on size of loft 1, maybe 2 days for one person.
