Could you please recommend area(s) to move to in Surrey/Epsom/Reigate. Looking for a minimum 3 bed house. Our price range is £650k-£680k. Really like to live in an up and coming area with potential for house prices to go up. Couldn't afford decent size house in Wimbledon or Raynes Park and also seems like they have almost maximised their potential. Not looking for something too remote as we might switch it to Buy to Let in future. I have not considered Sutton or Cheam yet, would prefer Epsom etc. Any ideas please?
