Underfloor heating not warming up

I have Devi underfloor heating, currently the living room thermostat stays at 14.5 and does not heat up past that. I have reprogrammed the thermostat, and other areas are working ok. Has anyone had any experience of this system and this happening? I'm freezing!!

Could be the pump for the underfloor heating not working or an electric valve not opening to let warm water into the underfloor heating. If you know where the manifold is you may be able to see the electric valve.

Do the thermostat show that it is calling for heat? I have water ufh and with a Danfoss radio controlled thermostats. I have had this problem twice - first time the batteries needed replacing but I didn't realise this! Second time the thermostat had to be replaced as it had failed and wasn't communicating with the other thermostats

Thanks for your replies, the light is red showing it has not reached the temp required, other rooms heat up pretty quick and the light goes to green, but the living room area stubbornly stays on 14.5 which I think is the temp without heating.

I am going to call an electrician as I don't want to start messing around with it - if it was just a fuse I guess there would be no light at all?

usually each underfloor room/zone had its own room thermostat, linked to an electric head on the manifold. If just one one room/zone is staying at 14 deg, it may just be a faulty head.
