washing machine fitting PIGLET JOHN?

A random question. I have a cupboard in the hall that half back onto the kitchen. Its like an airing cupboard with a small rad in. Could I connect a washing machine up to the existing pipes if I remove the rad or would it be a lot of work? Distance to current w/m is about 4m with cupboards that whole length. Thanks

A radiator has nothing to do with the pipes needed by a washing machine.

You could get a plumber to run new piping behind the kitchen cabinets and through the wall. It will be extra work to move the cabinets so she might prefer to run them inside the fabs. In which case have a stopcock and compression joints so it can be disconnected and done properly when the kitchen is next refitted.

4m seems quite far to move waste water. Is there another drain / bathroom close by?

Not suitable as there is a door between that and the bathroom. Thanks. Just musing really. I may stick a drier in there instead. Don't know Hmm
