I got somebody in to sand my floors in my lounge, but because the flooring extends through most of my flat, he's reluctant to proceed as it would make the rest of floors look bad.....I just want to know what i can do instead.....it Looks ok but there are grooves of ground in muck throughout the floor...plus scratches etc...
Any advice? Could I steam clean the floor given it probably wasn't sealed properly? Just want to buff it up and clean properly. Add a bit of shine etc.
I've got wood filler for cracks, but I really just want to gouge out that grime.
