I'm very new to the community and was hoping to get some advice from those that live/know Guildford.
We are planning to move to this area and start our new family! We are first time buyers and have found a lovely house on Finch Road. It's perfect for us but we are concerned about the estate oposite the house (it goes from finch rd to eagle road and falcon road). Does anyone know what this complex is and if it's ok for a young family?
The estate agent also mentioned a nursery very close by, any insights on this would be great too!
