Looking for a house to buy in Cambridge

Hi, this is probably a bit unconventional, but we are desperately looking to buy a 3+ bedroom house within a 3 mile radius of Cambridge. Ideally a period house but would consider anything. Is there anyone out there thinking of putting their house on the market that would let us have a head start by looking at it first? Hadn't realised how competitive the housing market is in Cambridge. We have sold our house so are ready to go ....

What's your budget?

If youre looking at "within 3 miles of Cambridge" you need to think about what side of Cambridge you would prefer if you are thinking of driving into the centre. It's slightly easier to get in from one side than the other.

Not so much of an issue if you'll be cycling

Houses in Cambridge that are priced realistically get snapped up almost as soon as they are on the market, so this may not be a bad way of doing it!
