Anyone selling a house?

We went on the market today- selling due to separation so I just hope we sell as soon as possible. When did everyone get their first viewings? how many viewings have people had?
Any tips?

No offers or even a note of interest! Stamp duty changes in Scotland from 1st April so we need completed sale before then. Which gives us about 2 more weeks to sell or we are not going to bother

Second viewers said garden was too small but three viewers today so hoping that comes to something. This is so frustrating and it is only a couple of weeks in
