Jamie Oliver's kitchen from 15 minute meals

I happened to catch a bit of this earlier and it struck me how much I liked his kitchen (or the kitchen set, sure it's not his real kitchen!).

I like the un-fittedness of it, and the vertical cabinets with things standing up in them.

I'm sure his version cost an arm and a leg so I'd want to recreate the look for a fraction of the cost. Any bright ideas? Thanks.

find a local joiner/ cabinet maker and get some quotes - you might be surprised how affordable in comparison to fitted kitchens something like that is.

you could also look at vintage/antique cabinets for storage and include these in your kitchen - I have a fab old school pine cupboard which works extremely well as a larder cupboard and cost me about £300 20 years ago!
