Have no idea but they will forever be Hob Hats in our house.

You could start a company making colourful or patterned ones. I think I'm onto something Grin

Many makes of hobs do spare parts. Just google make and model.

MorelloKisses · 19/12/2014 20:27

Burner caps I think.

V close to hob hats

Flange

WestEast · 19/12/2014 20:32

But that might be bollocks. Gas man told me it was Grin

Guyropes · 19/12/2014 20:33

Flame spreaders?

sacbina · 19/12/2014 20:39

Grin hob hats. why are they not called that???

all markings have long since rubbed off so I've no idea what make our model it is. maybe its underneath? makes it quite amusing when someone else tries to cook on the hob and they're trying to find the top left etc

E spares is great for this stuff

any of these?

RaisingSteam · 19/12/2014 23:56

Spares are painfully expensive but better than having to get a new cooker.

RaisingSteam · 19/12/2014 23:57

you can get stickers to show which knob is for which burner as well here if the markings have worn off.

sacbina · 20/12/2014 08:42

new stickers is probably a good idea, thank you Smile I found espares last night. but 4 new hob hats is over £40! can get a new hob for £60......

old one not connected yet so wouldn't have any extra costs for installing

going to have another go at finding them, now where would I have put them.......

They will definitely show up as soon as you've splashed out on spare ones. Quite a few spares on ebay as well sometimes they are cheaper if you know the sizes.

sacbina · 20/12/2014 17:18

found them, phew Grin
well dh found them, and he admitted he probably put them in a kitchen cupboard as they were part of the kitchen but neglected to tell anyone else!
