I'm moving into a large apartment with two bathrooms, each without a loo, and two separate loos. Seems crazy to me. OK to have one loo separate as a guest loo, but I'd like to move the second loo into the bathroom, and repurpose the space thus freed up into e.g. a walk-in wardrobe. Now a friend tells me the property will be more saleable later on with separate loos as '99.9' percent of the population prefer it that way. Do they? I find it annoying having to go from one room to the other! Am I old fashioned? Will I be wasting money to move it?
PS I live alone with my 4yo DD.
