we're getting a new hearth and infill with a new fireplace (limestone or wood) and would like to know what you have for you hearth. we could go for black honed granite but heard that can scratch and show more easily on black one we can go for something lighter coloured. I've heard that lighter will show marks more easily. would be interested to hear where you sourced your light coloured hearth from if you have one.
