Ikea blankett handles- hard to use?

Hi there
My builder has recommended we get these as he thinks they will look better than the ones we picked from ikea (the usual grab style handles)
I tend to agree with him as we have quite a minimalist look but my husband is concerned they will be hard to use on the upper cupboards. We have two 240cm towers with ff and cupboards above plus 1m high cabinets including two corner ones. I think the handles will be ok if hung vertically but he's not too sure.
Any experiences with blankett handles for high cupboards? Thanks in advance x

We have just put them in our new kitchen, they look fab on the base cupboards, but we haven't got them on the wall ones yet but we will. I don't think you can put them vertically tho, the doors wouldn't shut properly.

After trying them out in ikea my dh was convinced and we went with them
Very pleased as the other ikea handles we had hastily picked looked a bit cheap in retrospect!
