Hi Has anyone used this company to rent out their flat. We have a flat to rent out and an agent approached us after we'd advertised it on Gumtree to say his client wanted to take it on for 3yrs. Turned out to be these guys The City Rooms, It all seems a bit too good to be true. Any Thoughts?
