We've just had our rental house valued and are looking to offer to sell it to the tenants directly without going through the letting agents to sell it.
My question is:
What key things do we need to consider?
Will our solicitors take care of most aspects and be able to advise us?
What papers and documents do we need to have?
We've owned the house from new for 7 years and have always rented it out. The current tenants are the 3rd set to have rented from us via a letting agent.
Any body able to give us some top tips?
