We have a flat that we rent out on a rather mixed basis - sometimes it is on an AST, sometimes we find ourselves using it or friends/family use it, but mainly it is let as a holiday/short let. We don't live near London and can't do the key, cleaner, type stuff ourselves so we use an agency.
I will not mention the agency but we are not massively happy with them so we're wondering if the huge knowledge stored in the MN hive may be able to find some alternative possibilities for us?
We aren't looking for a website that will advertise where we'd have to do the work, but rather an agency that will do most of it for us.
