What can I do with these?

Ive just seen some real cheap wardrobes on facebook but theyre old, is there anything I could do with them to make them more modern looking, I would love them white but where would I start?
Is it worth buying the whole lot for £40?

It would take a bit of work, and you should factor in the price of materials before you decide how much of a bargain it would be, but you could definitely paint them. They look like some kind of foil finish, in which case you'll need special primer to ensure the paint sticks. Then I'd recommend an oil-based satin as top coat. Then you'll need fine sandpaper, good brushes (and/or a small roller), and white spirit for prep and clean-up.

You can buy aerosols of primer , the type you use on car plastic bumpers.
