I'm hoping someone here can help cos I can't ask my architect until Monday and I just need to know...!
We have a random shower cubicle in the corner of our bedroom, delightfully installed by a previous owner but which we think is a grim steamy waste of space and we want to rip it out and replace it with lovely new useful inbuilt cupboards.
Do we need a Building Warrant for this? We are in Scotland if that makes any difference. Just dying to take a sledgehammer to it and rid ourselves of the 'spider hotel'!
