We have recently moved to Stockton Heath, and whilst the house is lovely, its really cold now the weather has turned, and I think this has a lot to do with the fact that we still have the original single pane sash windows, which will be beautiful when renovated, but currently are a bit of a mess, most are painted shut, the cords are broken in others, some have cracked glass etc. I was wondering whether anyone had done this, and had any tips - and also whether anyone could recommend a company to do this in the Warrington area?
