Removing a toilet from outhouse

We've stripped out our outhouses this weekend, ready for the roof, doors and guttering to be fixed/replaced. One of them has an outside toilet that had dried out and not been used for years (we had a problem with it being the entry point for a couple of rats a while back so on the advice of the council man we filled it with gravel, shut the lid and put a giant rock on the top!). Rats sorted - no issues since.

Ideally we want to get this toilet removed, but can anyone advise what's the best method of doing this without risking another visit from a furry friend Shock

That looks perfect, thank you.
