Urgent! Anyone moved with BISHOP'S MOVE?

Just about to sign a contract with them to do a full pack and move - signing tomorrow. Has anyone used them? Is there any reason why we shouldn't?

I used them last year. They were fine, the lead bloke was a bit inappropriate but in an annoying way rather than anything else (calling me "my love" not my name, asking about the value of the house).
I probably wouldn't use them again because of that but they did a perfectly good job and I may be fussier than other people about manner.

We used them 8 years ago to move. Brilliant team. Would recommend.

Tried to book them for recent move after reading recommendations on here. Phoned and left details with someone who promised a callback, twice, but nothing. We used Britannia in the end and they were very good.
