Short term kitchen carcasses

Collective wisdom,

I need a couple of bog standard sized kitchen carcasses to tide us over until we can upgrade the kitchen in a couple of years. We've already got the unit doors.

Where's the best place to look (in person, pickup or online ) ? Off the shelf from diy sheds seem expensive and I can't find used ones on eBay at the moment

if you can carry them away, you can often get free units on Freegle.

People who have just splashed out on a new kitchen will otherwise send them to the tip.

You can afford to be fussy about quality and condition if you are not in a hurry.

Otherwise you can buy on ebay, often at very good prices. With bulky heavy items, transport is the obstacle.

Thanks PJ - so far local eBay and Gumtree has turned up entire kitchens of course and fewer odd cabinets here and there. Found OK looking cabinets online for £50 but shipping was £75 as again it was one rate for an entire kitchen.
