Oak parquet FSC/PEFC certified 7 under £40 per sqm?

I'm looking for oak parquet blocks, natural finish that have some kind of certification to show they have been sustainably sourced. I don't want to pay more than £40 per square metre - am I asking for the moon on a stick?

Very few online retailers seem to carry any information about the origin of their wood - has anybody come across someone selling blocks that might fit what I am looking for?

We used this company...very impressed by them. A tad over your price at 45 ex vat, but use FSC certified, maybe worth giving them a call to see do they ever do deals or bulk discount of that applies.
