Matching paint to wallpaper

I am planning to decorate one wall of daughter's bedroom with Song Bird Blossom wallpaper from Laura Ashley. I would like a paint to use on the other 3 walls. Should I match to the background cream, and if so, does it need to be exact match, and if so, do I need to buy from Laura Ashley, or can it be mixed for less £££. Or would it look OK with a pale pink paint? I would prefer to go with the least risky choice!

I think it depends on the look you want. Whatever colour you go for, take your paper sample with you and the shop can mix the exact colour. If I was painting it pink I would go with the exact pink in the paper but I think it might be too strong so would probably go with the background. You could always have pink bedding or blinds.

Just go to b&q to get it done.
