First time buyers & relocating 360 miles!

Hi!!
We currently live in Norwich and we are buying a house near Exeter. My family are in Devon which has helped support our wanting to move. Plus DH can relocate with work. This is our first purchase and I'm feeling stressed. We have just received the memorandum of sale. But there's so much to do, pack and organise. I'm not sure how I juggle this with 2 DS's (3 1/2 & 6 months) + dog.
Does anyone know roughly what time scale I'm looking at?
Solicitors are ready to go, we have FA with mortgage ready to go and I've paid for our survey...

Thanks

The biggest factor in the timescale is the chain. How many people are in the chain and are they all ready to go? Can you afford a full packing service from the removal company? That makes moving very easy!
