HaveToWearHeels - the beds with the duvets folded up have been 'made' but in the way German's do it. They fold their duvets up like that when they get up and then shake them out at bedtime...the two single duvets on a double bed also screams 'Germans' to me. The bed with just a mattress on is a bit strange however...

Pick your underwear up off the bathroom floor. We didn't bother going to view that house. I know it's not the underwear you're buying (I hope! Nasty surprise on moving day!), but you can bet your bottom dollar that if they're the kind of people who CBA to pick up their dirty knickers before the photos, it's going to have been a long time since the boiler was last serviced/leaky tap was fixed/missing tile replaced.

I assumed that maybe they were away, maybe a retired couple, with two homes. But I didn't notice the undies!

Our estate agent photos for our last house were horrendous!

We were part exchanging and they had sent so many people round. The house had been spotless all week and I hadn't done any washing for a couple of days as I didn't want it on the line or in a pile anywhere if they were taking photos. They had sent a valuer round on Wednesday, someone else the next day to take photos (he then told me afterwards that these weren't for marketing purposes ), then a surveyor the next day.

They said that someone would be round to give an energy rating on Sunday. So over the weekend I caught up on my washing. Yup, the pissing energy bloke took the marketing photos and, for some reason, in the photograph of our conservatory my basket full of clean washing is the focal point. How embarrassing! We didn't realise that he was going to take the photos.
