Been quoted £250 which seems a lot. Includes fan and wiring. Any views? Thanks.

Ps am in the North.

I think that's quite cheap if it's a good quality fan and vents outside

Really? Thanks. Anyone else had this done and give me a benchmark?

I had a small One put months bathroom window cost about 100 for the fan and work, but he was already out doing other things so that prob brought down the cost a bit.

We were quoted £2-300 to install two spotlights and extractor (loft mounted with ducting). We supplied the spots and extractor (extractor about £70. It was 2 days work so I'm imagining about £200 for just the extractor bit. But our electrician didn't have to make good the walls (you'll need a switch for the fan) as we were having the walls plastered anyway.
