Kevington Drive, Chislehurst BR7

I have seen a few nice properties in this street.
Would you recommend this area?

I thought the area seemed a bit rough, but can't quite put my finger on why. IIRC, I did look at a house on Kevington Drive when we were looking, and that particular street seemed well kept. There's some good shopping near the station.

We ended up in Mottingham/New Eltham.

What about Mottingham?.. I keep hearing contrasting opinions...

Per se, Chislehurst is certainly a lot more desirable than New Eltham and Mottingham and also a lot more expensive. The closer you get to St Mary's Cray though.... well, not so desirable.

Petts Wood is also nice.
