Light switches and plug sockets

We are in the middle of planning a total house refurb and extension and I have been asked to choose the sockets and light switches. Can anyone recommend simple, white, sockets that are good quality but dont look horribly cheap? I can't really tell online what they look like. They also need to be affordable ... there are a lot of sockets and switches..... Thank you.

DH found these MK one for our house example. I think they were pretty affordable but a bit more refined than the bargain basement ones.

I've just been through this. I dithered loads & went for screw less brushed steel in the kitchen & screw less white plastic everywhere else.
Our electrician rates Crabtree.

Thank you all. Where did you get the screwless white sockets from ruralmyth? Were they Crabtree?

not sure if the link works but they're very plain. I'm afraid I can't remember, but I just recall the electrician banging on about Crabtree Smile
