What is this area like to live? I seen some nice houses but the price seems a bit cheap. Just wondering if there's a catch?

It's right on the eastern avenue, a large arterial road so it's very noisy, lots of concrete, grey, bit soulless. No shopping area, that will be ilford or gants hill. Chicken shops and poundstretcher mostly. Good schools. The underground isn't great as it's v far up the slow central line and it's one one of the branches so not every train goes there.
