I need to quickly find a solicitor but I have no idea of whether fees are reasonable. I want a decent local one as the sale & purchase might have a few issues (nothing massively unusual, but its very time critical) and I'd like to be able to have the option to meet in person if necessary.
Before I start phoning around, does anyone have a ballpark figure I should expect to be charged for sale & purchase?
